Anton Brown showed how you can cook your lobster, killing it very mercilessly if you stick it in the freezer for a few minutes. Apparently the extreme cold slows its nervous system down to almost nothing, so it doesn't feel anything when you throw it in the boiling water. Mmmmm. Lobster.
